My name is DeMarcus Mables, and I am a commissioned Notary Public in the State of Colorado, proudly serving clients since October 2025. As a certified Loan Signing Agent through the National Notary Association (NNA), I am committed to providing accurate, professional, and reliable notary services with the highest level of integrity.
I am background-screened and carry Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance, giving my clients added confidence and peace of mind. Whether assisting with loan signings, general notarizations, remote notarizations, or mobile notary appointments, I strive to make every signing efficient, convenient, and stress-free through dependable service and attention to detail.
Currently, I am serving the areas of Colorado Springs, Fountain, Pueblo, and Manitou Springs. I also provide remote notary appointments. If you can not meet in person, no worries. We can meet virtually to complete the signing.
